In continuation with DPEP, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) launched during the year 2002-03. The SSA in its true spirit is an effort to univerlise elementary education by community ownership of the school system. It has been proved the opportunity for improving human capabilities to the poorest children, through provision of community owned quality education as its misson mode.
